The whole tour was planned and organised excellently. Urska and Yuki were ever ready to attend to our queries and concerns and addressed them. All destinations visited were accompanied by guided tours, done by locals. Hotels and breakfasts were overall good. Our driver, Dube, has been tirelessly taking us to every destinations and whenever time permits, he showed us extra places that were off plan. Shared our experience with family and friends back home. They are interested and we strongly recommended to them. The only 4 stars would be the hotel in Mostar. While still very good, it would be the low of all the hotels in the tour.
We had a wonderful experience traveling in a private, customized itinerary across Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania and North Macedonia. The experiences were remarkably well selected. Ava, who curated the experience, was very responsive to our input and quetions. Our tour director and guide, Slobodan, was outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We will be forever grateful for this experience.
We got the self-guided 8-day Balkan tour (Slovenia and Croatia) It was an excellent activity filled itinerary specially for those who have a lot of energy. We walked 15k+ to 20k+ steps a day as we walked all over the place after the walking tours. Also allow 1 extra day for arriving and possibly another day for departure. The self-guided tour may require vacationers who are quite experienced. Driving in the Balkans is not hard but one can expect a missed turn or two here and there
