Our trip planner certainly listened to what we wanted, made a few good suggestions and we had a fantastic trip. There were 4 of us ( 68-74 y.o.). We drove ourselves around 5 Balkan countries. Not an easy trip to plan but it all worked out! Thank you!

Excellent all round. Had a 16-day tour by the Balkan Tours, with a driver and guide (same person - Dejan), who took care of everything. It was a lot of driving, and him being an ex-history teacher really brought the historic places to life. I cannot think of a more educational and enjoyable holiday.

Incredible Experience. We chose the Balkan Extended tour. Our guide Teodor was absolutely awesome He was so knowledgeable in the history of each region and country, gave great suggestions on food and restaurants to try, and was so very informative on the people and culture for every site we visited. He was so interesting with a good sense of humor. He made the trip so enjoyable. We loved the small group tour as well. The cities and sites visited were great. We visited more sites and cities than I thought we were going to. There may be times you wish you could stay more time in an city or site but really this is the ideal tour to give you more than ever imagined you could experience or learn about the Balkans. This tour got us excited about coming back to the Balkans some time and now we know where we want to go explore more. Highly recommended.

We had a 11 day tour through Croatia, Montengro and Albania through the Balkan Tours. Everything from the coordination of the tour leading up to it to our most fabulous tour guide Dejan was absolutley perfect. Dejan was so flexible in accommodating our needs and after a few days of getting to know us made alternative suggestions of our tour to suit our needs. The accommodation bookings that Marusa made were absolutely brilliant and if there was any issues at all we would have not known about it as Dejan sorted without being non the wiser. We cannot thank and recommend The Balkan Tours enough.

It was great to get away from the grey everyday life during the crazy Balkan Adventure Trip. I had fear during some extreme attractions, but I had a great time. I recommend!
